The Georgia Dome maintains six rate schedules with varying rates and information depending on the type of your event. Rates for conventions differ from rates for meetings or consumer shows. To learn more about the rates for your event, click on one of the following:

Rate Schedule 1: Conventions & Trade Shows

Rate Schedule 1 provides an inclusive rate for exhibitions and trade shows based on the net square feet of space used for your event. This rate includes up to five open show days, up to five move-in and move-out days and a proportionate number of fully equipped meeting rooms. The rate is not subject to state or local taxes and includes a number of additional services and facilities such as: house sound systems, heating and air conditioning, exterior building security, exhibit hall cleaning and more.

Rate Schedule 2: Meetings

Rate Schedule 2 is especially for individual meeting rooms and spaces used for general meetings, presentations, banquets and similar activities. The ballrooms, auditoriums and all meeting rooms at the GWCC are offered at either a session rate or a daily rate. When meeting rooms are used for hosted meal functions, a portion or the entire rent may be waived. Meeting rooms come provided with available tables, chairs, stages, lecterns and other equipment. Additional services and facilities included in rental for Rate Schedule 2 consist of heating and air conditioning, routine janitorial service, customized meeting setup, lecterns, chalkboards and other equipment will be supplied upon request and subject to availability.

Rate Schedule 3: Sports & Entertainment Events

Rate Schedule 3 provides rates for professional and amateur sporting events and major entertainment events at the Georgia Dome. Seating arrangements include full Dome and half-house (arena). Rates are quoted on a percentage of net paid admissions receipts on a per-day basis. Additional services and facilities included in this cost consist of pressrooms, offices, lockers, dressing rooms, general room lighting, heating and air conditioning, customized floor setups and 24-hour security.

Rate Schedule 4: Consumer Show

Rate Schedule 4 provides rate information for consumer shows open to the general public. The Georgia World Congress Center and the Georgia Dome host numerous consumer events each year thanks to generous space configurations, ample parking and a convenient downtown location. Additional services and facilities included in Rate Schedule 4 consist of press offices, general room lighting, heating and air conditioning, common area housekeeping, a paging microphone and portable ticket booths.

Rate Schedule 6: Special Services, Equipment & Labor

Rate Schedule 6 provides rate information for Special Services, Equipment and Labor at the Georgia World Congress Center. Base rental of the Congress Center includes a certain amount of equipment and services as listed in the rate schedules. Items in Rate Schedule 6 can be purchased in addition to the services and facilities already in rental.
