Part of the Dome team since 2001, CSC has demonstrated the successful handling of every type of event imaginable. When entering into a relationship with a client, CSC proposes strategies and solutions that it can successfully fulfill.

CSC's mission is to enthusiastically provide guests who patronize the Dome with a friendly, service-focused system that will maximize their enjoyment of the event in a clean and safe environment.

Falcons Merchandise

Falcons 365, the Official Store of Your Atlanta Falcons, has landed in the Georgia Dome !! Fans attending home games this season will now have a new provider for merchandise as Falcons 365 spreads its wings into the Georgia Dome. With six new merchandise locations, coupled with newly remodeled merchandise stores, including a jersey and kids store, this team owned entity will provide fans with a large variety of merchandise and the same first class customer service each of our fans receive in our Lenox and Perimeter Mall locations. To satisfy fans merchandise needs during pre-game festivities, please visit our new merchandise store located on Falcons Landing, opening three hours before each home game. Convention Center Long Distance (CCLD) is the exclusive voice and data provider for the Georgia Dome. CCLD can provide you with telephone lines for voice or data, or ISDN lines for broadcasts. CCLD also has the ability to deliver both hard-wired and wireless high-speed Internet connections in the Dome.

CCLD is dedicated to providing not only the highest quality in communication solutions, but the best customer service as well. If you are interested in communications solutions for an event, your event coordinator will walk you through specific services available at the Dome, how to place your order, and ensure that the services CCLD provides exceed your expectations.

Dome Productions

Georgia Dome Productions is the in-house full service production company here at the Dome that assists with technical services for games and other events. During an event, this room comes alive just like the control room for CNN. With producers and directors calling everything from camera timing and placement to stat updates on the video boards. Everyone is always hustling to keep the fans entertained and informed! They have worked on a variety of events with a list of prestigious clients that include: Super Bowl XXVII & XXIV, SEC Football and Basketball Championships, 1996 Olympics, Atlanta Falcons, Chick-fil-A Bowl, NCAA Men's and Women's Final Four, Monster Truck, Supercross, Professional Bull Riding, The Today Show/NBC, The Rolling Stones, Fox/American Idol, Battle of the Bands, The Billy Graham Crusade, TD Jakes Ministries and many large-scale corporate and religious conventions, major concerts and teleconferences.

The office and production facilities are located within the Georgia Dome. The digital production suite can accommodate up to eight broadcast quality cameras, videotape and digital recorders. Georgia Dome Production's AVID edit system is linked to Crawford Communications for satellite Uplink/Downlink services via fiber optics. Georgia Dome Productions provides the television signal to four LED video boards, two MegaVision screens and over 600 video monitors in all of the executive suites, concourses and throughout the Georgia Dome.

The engineering staff at the Georgia Dome understands that a lot goes on behind-the-scenes and is equipped to ensure your event goes off without a hitch. The engineering staff is on hand to provide all mechanical, lighting and electrical, audio, and plumbing services your event demands.
