Ticket Information

All tickets for this concert are sold through Ticketmaster.
 
All guest must have a their own ticket, regardless of age.

There is NO RE-ENTRY. If you leave the stadium you will not be allowed to re-enter on the same ticket.

Will Call is located on the West Plaza, between Gates B and C and near building C of the Georgia World Congress Center.

The Georgia Dome would also like to remind fans that there is a potential danger of being sold counterfeit tickets via the secondary market. The only authorized outlets tickets are Ticketmaster and the Georgia Dome ticket office. Buyers who purchase tickets from any other source do so at their own risk.

Floor Seats

Access to the Floor is restricted to those fans that have floor level seats. Fans with seats on the floor (Sections A through U) should enter at Gate A or Gate B to receive a floor wristband. Once fans have their floor wristband they can proceed to aisle L6, L7, L9 or L10 to gain access to the floor. 

For ADA floor seating please visit the Dome service center at either Gate A or Gate B.

Parking/Transportation

All Georgia Dome Parking lots open at noon.

For Bus, Limo or RV parking information please contact our parking office at aaaparking@gwcc.com. All buses or limos that are not staying for the duration of the event should follow the drop off information below.

Taxi drop-off/pick up is located on Carter St., near the Vine City MARTA station and across the street from Gate A of the Georgia Dome.

Drop Off / Pick Up Information

For parents who are dropping off and picking up their children for this show, the Georgia Dome has made the yellow lot (465 Ivan Allen Blvd NW) a “Cell Phone Lot” for drop off and pick up. Parents will be allowed to enter the yellow lot, park for a brief period to escort their children to the Dome (if desired) and return to their vehicle.

The reuniting point for all parents and children will be inside Building C of the Georgia World Congress Center. To pick up their children, parents can return to the Yellow Lot, park briefly and wait inside Building C of the Georgia World Congress Center for the show to end. 

Cars parked for longer the one hour will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Parents should not gather outside the Georgia Dome gate areas while waiting for concert attendees to exit the Dome.

Please note there are NO ADDITIONAL DROP OFF AREAS around the Georgia Dome and anyone who attempts to load or unload in an unauthorized area, including traffic lanes, will be ticketed or towed by local Police Departments. 

This is a special service being offered for the specific nature of this event and is not a common practice for most Georgia Dome events.

Anyone who is leaving their vehicles to attend the concert should purchase parking in advance in the Red Deck or Blue Lot here: https://aaaparking.t2hosted.com/cmn/index.aspx 

Inside the GWCC, FoodWorld will be open with options from Papa Johns, Chick-fil-A and Pita Hut along with an assortment of beverages. The area, which includes free wifi and TV’s, will open at 4:30 p.m. and close at the conclusion of the show.

Event Timeline

Parking lots open at noon, the yellow lot opens for ‘drop off’ at 2:00 p.m.

Doors to the Georgia Dome open at 5:00 p.m. Fans are not allowed to line up at the Georgia Dome gates before 2:00 p.m.

The concert begins at approximately 7:00 p.m.

The concert is scheduled to end at approximately 10:30 p.m.

Stadium Policies

  • Bags or purses that are no larger than 12” x 12” x 12”
  • Hand held signs or banners (please see restrictions below)
  • Still photography camera that has a lens that is 6”or less in length
  • Portable cell phone chargers

  • Any outside food or beverage

  • Alcoholic beverages of any kind

All bags are subject to inspection.

For the safety and enjoyment of all fans attending Georgia Dome events, the Georgia Dome staff enforces all laws prohibiting consumption of alcohol by minors, possession or use of controlled substances, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Cans, bottles or food may not be brought into the Dome. Patrons with special dietary requirements may request a waiver and must have advanced written approval from the Georgia Dome (info@gadome.com or 404.223.8500) three days prior to the event.

As the legal drinking age is 21, proper photo identification for proof of age is required at all locations where alcohol is served. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of the Georgia Dome.

For the comfort and health of all fans, the Georgia Dome is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted outside of all entry gates. If you wish to smoke, pick up a wristband at a Dome Service Center (must present a valid ID of 18 years or older) and proceed to the designated smoking areas outside the facility. You must present your wristband and your ticket to re-enter the Georgia Dome.

Banners/Signs

Banners and flags, no larger than 3’x 5’, may be affixed to railings with rope, twine or plastic tie wraps (wire or tape may not be used) but cannot block any stadium signage. Hand-held banners may be no larger than 3’x 3’. Banners should be event related, and the Dome reserves the right to reject any banner or flag deemed offensive, non-event-related or hazardous to public safety. Banners or signs may not obstruct the view of others during the event!

Gifts/Items for the Performers

Gifts or other items for the performers are not being accepted. Do not bring these items to the stadium

Code of Conduct

The Georgia Dome wants all fans to enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of the concert. Everyone is encouraged to respect the rights of others by displaying proper etiquette.

The Georgia Dome "Code of Conduct" applies to all guests attending this event. The “Code of Conduct” includes, but is not limited to, abstaining from the following:

  • Foul, obscene or abusive language or actions
  • Fighting
  • Unruly or careless behavior
  • Level of intoxication that creates a disruption to the fans around you
  • Indecent exposure
  • Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
  • Smoking, except in designated areas outside the Georgia Dome

Violators will be removed from the Georgia Dome.

General Concert Information
  • Do not stand in chairs.
  • Keep the aisles clear at all times
  • The Georgia Dome is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Simply selects the ‘DomeWifi’  option from the wireless networks
  • Use the Buddy System and please stay with friends when moving throughout the stadium
  • Please write down or memorize key phone numbers in the event that your cell phone  battery dies and you cannot retrieve the numbers out of the phone.
Getting to the Dome

The Georgia Dome is located to the immediate west of the downtown Atlanta area on the corner of Northside Drive and Georgia Dome Drive. The Dome is also accessible by the MARTA rail system via Vine City and Georgia Dome stations. Parking is at a premium on event days, so taking MARTA is highly recommended. For complete information on MARTA visit itsmarta.com. Many MARTA stations offer free parking lots.

While traveling to and from the concert, all drivers are encouraged to follow the directions of traffic police.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in the Red Deck  on a first-come first-served basis. Disabled parking placards will be checked by parking personnel and/or law enforcement to ensure the person who has been issued the placard by the State is present in the vehicle. Due to the limited number of spaces in the red deck the occupants of the vehicle must have valid ticket to access the parking lot.
